We deal with a wide range of the best tour operators and in many cases, can offer special prices you may not be able to get by booking direct. We also tailor make holidays to suit your exact needs, so if you dont see something on our website, don’t worry, we can tailor make a holiday that suits your needs at highly competitive prices. We are not set to one or two airlines, and certain hotels so we have a huge flexibility to find the best options and lowest prices for your holiday.
We offer all the promotions and special offers that are available from the tour operators, as well as adding our own special deals and discounts. Whenever possible we will price beat, other quotes.
Bookings must be completed by telephone. A deposit is required to book the holiday, which can vary depending on the holiday operator. If the booking is within 10 weeks of travel, full payment will be required.
Once we have received payment , we will confirm your holiday in writing. Confirmation at this stage is still subject to availability of products and services. Please check your invoice as soon as you receive it for any errors as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date. Travel Action cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies within 48hours of booking. You will also be issued an ATOL receipt.
Our flights are booked through fully ATOL bonded flight suppliers, or with our own T ATOL licence. Non ATOL bonded flights, will automatically be issued with ‘Supplier Failure Cover’ to protect your monies in case of the supplier failing
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed holiday, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. Where we can, an amendment fee of £20 per person/per booking will be payable together with any costs incurred by ourselves and any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers.
Name changes are allowed for all ground products with a £20 amendment fee. Flight name changes may not be possible and is at the discretion of the airline.
A deposit per person is required to confirm and hold any ground arrangements. If paying within 10 weeks of travel then the full balance of the holiday is required. Any deposits for airline tickets will be separate and may vary depending on the flight purchased. Payments for products sold on behalf of a 3rd party supplier may be different. Any variations in payment procedure,deposits and cancellation conditions will be advised at time of initial booking.
The full balance for the holiday must be received by us no less than 10 weeks prior to travel. This date will clearly be shown on the initial deposit invoice, although we will not send out any reminders. If this payment is not received by this time we reserve the right to treat your booking as unwanted and cancel. In this case cancellation charges apply.
Although we cannot offer travel insurance, we strongly advise all passengers take out a comprehensive policy before travel to cover the whole family.
Fidelity Insurance – Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan
Every booking made to a TTA member is covered by the Travel Protection Plan whether it is for transport, accommodation, entertainment or recreation. This is at no extra cost to the customer. The Travel Protection Plan involves two aspects; firstly the Trust Account operated for your benefit. The money can only be released from the Trust to pay for the services you have booked. Secondly there is further protection from insurance cover provided by the Safe Seat Plan
Passport, Visa, Health
Although we can advise you on passport, visa and health requirements, this advice is a guideline only. All responsibility for these issues is with the traveller and we can accept no responsibility or liability. Many countries outside the EU will require visas to be obtained before travel, or upon arrival, usually for a fee. 6 months validity in your passport is compulsory in most cases, expect EU countries. We cannot comment on visa or entry requirements for non UK passport holders.
