Mark Warner are opening another stylish ski hotel in Tignes for the upcoming season.
The chalet hotel Ecrin is located in the snowsure family friendly resort of Tignes Le Lac and offers a stylish and intimate chalethotel, with Mark Warners exceptional service including their top quality childcare.
This is the second new property from Mark Warner for the 2014/15 season following the opening of the Luxurious Mountain Lodge in Zell Am see. Ski hotel in Tignes – Chalet hotel L’Ecrin
This season, Mark Warner welcomes Chalet hotel L’Ecrin to the ski portfolio. The 56-room Chalet hotel is located in Tignes Val Claret, the village above Tignes Le Lac.
The high snow-sure resort of Tignes, part of the 300km of pistes in the Espace Killy ski area is perfect for all levels of snow sports enthusiasts. Chalet hotel L’Ecrin is situated on the outskirts of Val Claret village and only a ten minute walk (or one minute bus ride) to the 5 main lifts at Val Claret.
Savoie style and charm
The Chalet hotel is built from timber in the traditional Savoie style and oozes charm and luxury inside and out. The interiors are cosy and comfortable with local wood panelling and a large lounge at the heart of the Chalet with inviting sofas around an open fireplace.
The restaurant is a perfect setting for skiers to re-group after a day on the slopes with small and large group tables available creating a lively, fun atmosphere.
Twins, doubles, interconnecting and family bedrooms are available all with balconies overlooking the slopes, flat screen TVs and free WiFi access in the rooms.
Beautiful spa and swimming pool
After a hard day on the slopes, guests can visit the beautiful spa, with four therapy rooms and a range of treatments on offer from massages to manicures. The impressive swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath enable weary skiers to relax and re-energise in a beautiful surrounding.

Chalet hotel L’Ecrin is a popular hotel for families with the ski slopes 100m away. Childcare at the hotel is available for children from age 12 months to 12 years and is pre-bookable prior to departure.
The hotel crèche is colourful, fun and fully equipped with all the latest toys and books, cots, potties, bottle sterilisers and fridge. There is also a parents kitchen facility for any late night feeds and a free Evening Listening Service which runs from 7.30pm to 11pm allowing parents to relax over dinner whilst the children enjoy quiet time supervised by our nannies with a dvd and a story.
