Just 1km from the resort are a couple of charming beachfront tavernas and 2km inland is the small, unspoilt village of Analipsi. Slightly further afield is the lively and cosmopolitan city of Kalamata. Definitely worth a visit, Kalamata town sits beneath the gaze of an impressive 13th century castle with a bustling waterfront lined with tavernas, restaurants and bars.
